Our site acquisition activities present clients with suitable options for site development and assist them in making the best decisions for their site builds. Coastal Business Group provides all aspects of planning and zoning solutions, including preparation and submittal of land use applications, client representation at all public hearings and related meetings. Our services also include procurement of building permits, submittal of any grading permit applications, project monitoring for full compliance with conditions of approval, and delivery of a complete record of all relevant land use permitting information.
We strive to deliver a quality work product that is on time and budget. We also understand the importance of delivering a product that is accurate and complete. Understanding the significance of speed to market and delivering the project within budget is key. As a result of our site acquisition, leasing, zoning and permitting experience we have developed special knowledge and capabilities related to delivering work products arising from the performance of the customers’ requirements. Which will include leases zoning authorizations and status reports to deploy and deliver sites in the search areas for the wireless operators or their respective development contractor. These sites include raw land, commercial buildings, towers, water tanks, billboards, signs, rooftops, and other locations and facilities for the customer’s installation of their wireless equipment and network capability.
